Founder of C.W. Walker & Associates in the late 1970’s.  The established goal is to provide the highest professional approach to commercial, industrial and investment real estate.  Mr. Walker has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate services.  He has been a consultant on property and facility matters for virtually every local government agency including Lane County, the City of Eugene, Lane Transit District, Eugene Water & Electric, Lane Electrical Cooperative, and the 4-J School District, as well as many private local businesses.  Mr. Walker also specializes in marketing industrial and commercial properties of all sizes representing some of the largest local and national companies.  He has completed several major land development projects including Pacific Industrial Park, Ash Grove Business Park and Crescent Meadows Residential Community.  After completing 240 hours of graduate level curriculum granted by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, Mr. Walker has earned the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Chuck Koehn has 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate in the Eugene-Springfield area.  His experience includes major industrial and commercial development, sales, leasing, management, and consulting.  He has negotiated hundreds of leases and sales in a wide range of properties, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, shopping centers, office buildings, income properties, business parks, and industrial parks.  Chuck has worked with many national companies with respect to site location, build-to-suit developments, property acquisition, and tenant representation. 

Chuck is easily approachable and widely recognized for his expertise on industrial properties.  Many industry leaders and fellow Realtors frequently seek his opinion on issues such as the appropriate use and marketing of local commercial and industrial sites. 

Chuck is past president of Twin Rivers Rotary Club, and is an active volunteer for Lane County Search & Rescue.

C.W. Walker & Associates, LLC is please to introduce our newest broker, Gary Martin.  Gary has recent experience as the Construction Manager for C.W. Walker Construction, LLC and prior construction experience managing his own company.  In addition Gary served as Chairman of the Building committee for the new First Baptist Church of Eugene giving him a current large project perspective.

 Gary is a native of Eugene and a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Marketing and an emphasis in finance.  Gary and his wife Joan have two daughters and all are very active in the community.

Jay has several years of commercial real estate experience in property management, leasing and construction projects.  He obtained the Building Operator Certification from the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council for demonstrating competency in the energy efficient maintenance and operation of commercial buildings.

 Jay attended Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, majoring in Parks and Recreation with an emphasis in Community Leisure Services.
